Before connecting a store
Confirm the store’s permanent myshopify.com domain and make sure the installing account can manage apps. Collaborator access is the recommended way for an agency operator to work on a client store.
Installation problems
Include the store domain, the time of the attempt and the exact error shown. Never send a Shopify password, access token or customer export in a support message.
Data or deletion requests
Contact the Dash Media Productions Ltd representative named in your migration engagement. Requests are acknowledged after store authority has been verified.
Removing the app
In Shopify admin, open Settings → Apps and sales channels, choose Dash Migrator and select Uninstall. The connection token is removed when Shopify sends the uninstall notification.
