Who operates this service
Dash Migrator is operated by Dash Media Productions Ltd for authorised ecommerce migration engagements.
Data we process
When a store is connected, we process its permanent Shopify domain, store identity, approved API scopes, encrypted Shopify access token, connection status and evidence generated by requested audits. We do not sell store or customer data.
Purpose and access
Data is used only to assess and prepare an authorised Shopify to WooCommerce migration. Access is restricted to the engagement operator and authorised personnel. Shopify tokens are encrypted at rest and are never returned to the browser.
Customer information
The current release does not persist individual Shopify customer records. If customer or order exports are enabled in a later release, the engagement will disclose the purpose, retention period and secure deletion process before collection.
Deletion and retention
Uninstalling the app immediately removes the stored access token and marks the connection inactive. Shopify shop-redaction requests delete the store connection and its associated audit evidence. Clients can also request earlier deletion through their engagement contact.
Requests and complaints
Store owners may request access, correction or deletion using the contact details in their migration engagement. Identity and store authority will be verified before a request is fulfilled.
